During the pandemic, we’ve been getting a number of questions from concerned students so we wanted to give you all an update during this global health crisis. Most importantly, we hope you and your families all stay fit and healthy during this challenging time. We also want to let you all know that we are still open for business and are here to help if you need it. We have been teaching and supporting our students entirely online for years now so we are totally geared up to weather the current situation.
Can I still purchase courses?
Yes. All of our courses are still available to purchase online. What’s more, in light of the current crisis, we are extending the availability of our payment plan option until the end of April. Our courses can be purchased, as usual, on this website. Once payment has been made, you get access to your courses very quickly.
Is tuition support still available?
Yes. All of our lecturers are home workers so are already very experienced with supporting our students online. They can always be contacted through our discussion boards or direct messaging. Response times remain good.
If UNISA postpones exams can I still access the course?
If UNISA postpones the exams, we will ensure that you have access to your course until the exams are written and, to be clear, there will be no extra charge for this.
